Our Story
Founded in 2019, TCDS Insurance Agency is a full-service independent insurance agency proudly serving Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. With our main office in Pinson, Alabama, we serve individuals, families, and businesses across the Southeast—including Birmingham, Atlanta, Nashville, and surrounding communities. Our multi-state presence allows us to bring competitive rates and comprehensive coverage options to clients throughout the region.

Meet Todd Conn, CLCS
Agency Principal
Born and raised in Pinson, Alabama, Todd started his career in IT right out of high school, spending a decade in the industry before realizing he wanted something different. He transitioned into real estate, where he quickly became fascinated by the home insurance process and the lack of education surrounding it. That passion led him to open TCDS Insurance Agency in June 2019, just before the brink of COVID-19.
Since then, TCDS has grown into a dedicated team of five with locations in Pinson, Cullman, and Pelham, serving clients across Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. The agency's mission is simple: helping people, educating them on their options, and truly making a difference in their lives through insurance. Todd takes this responsibility seriously, and in 2023, TCDS was honored to be named Agency of the Year by the Alabama Insurance Alliance.
Outside of work, Todd is a proud pet parent of two dogs and a cat, and remains deeply committed to his community. Whether working with homeowners, business owners, or industry partners, his goal is to ensure everyone TCDS serves feels protected, valued, and cared for.
